Shipping policy
Our Shipping Policy is designed to give customers a reliable and efficient delivery service. Currently, we only offer domestic shipping. We strive to process orders quickly and make every effort to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.
NerdyWerks is committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Please verify the correct mailing address when placing an order to avoid any issues with delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the shipper. If the shipper cannot deliver the product to you due to their policies or issues with your location, the customer is responsible for such issues.
If your item is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please file a claim with the shipper. Lastly, remember that the customer is purchasing shipping from the carrier, not NerdyWerks and the customer is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in the shipping process. If an order is returned to sender due to the carrier issue, address issue or undeliverable this is the customers responsibility to make arrangements for orders. The customer will pay the re-delivery fee to have the order reshipped to another address.
At NerdyWerks, we understand how important it is for you to receive your order in a timely manner. That’s why we offer a shipping policy that ensures your order is delivered promptly and safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can track the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nerdywerks@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to help.
